Community Open House: Not All #CareHeroes Wear Capes
November 20 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
National Hospice and Palliative Care Month
Theme: #CareHeroes
This year’s theme is #CareHeroes and it highlights the dedication of hospice caregivers who provide the best possible compassionate, end-of-life care to patients and support to families. We also recognize the care heroes at home who play a vital role in the care plan of their loved one. Not All #CareHeroes Wear Capes.
Join Houston Hospice for a community open house where you can meet our disciplinary team to learn more about the importance of quality, end-of-life care and how we support not only the patient but the entire family and the difference we make as a nonprofit hospice organization.
